GlutenNo is a small entreprise, first gluten free kitchen in Belgrade , founded by familly Prostran, created with idea to provide gluten free products to celiac people with gluten intolerance and off course to give a chance to all others to taste and understand:
WHO NEEDS GLUTEN, WHEN THE TASTE IS SO GOOD!
Owner of the company has had serious helath problems caused by gluten intolerance even without knowing about it on the first beginning.
After one year of tough fight with illness, and triumph on the end, it was medically confirmed that the real cause of this ilness was gluten intolerance-celiac disesase.
It was a period of adaptation to the new diet and special regime, searching for gluten free products and groceries. Faced with ignorance , expensive products and verry poor offer, he was forced to start with small home production of gluten free products and costant experiments.
The idea about Glutenno was gown and develpoed as we did, and finally few years later here we are – with GlutenNo as it is.
Fact that you cannot enter in bakery to eat gluten free bread or roll, that you must knead your own bread or to eat produts that are more like styrofoam or sponge, fact that you should go around pizzeria since it smells so good and you cannot taste it, and that confectioners becomes forbiden and not interesting… make that we have Glutenno today just as it is.
Our main goal is to offer healthy, fresh, domstic gluten free products spiced with love, and to proove that taste is apsolutelly the same, but benefits are numerous…
We use high quality groceries, all our products are hand made produced in safe gluten free enviroment.
We have do our best in order to provide good, healthy glutenn free product, finally avilable as fresh,domestic nutritient, properly packed and safe as much as we were able to provide. We use rice, corn, buckwheat and millet flour as a base of our products, combined with other gluten free groceries.
Please understood – is not so hard and impossible, you should not leave your habbits , standard menu or forget about tasty food in order to start with gluten free regime, and we are here for you in order to provide that…
